So, after I post about Emily's perfect attendance award for the first nine weeks of school...you guessed it! She gets sick and misses two days of school.
Most kids snuggle with a lovey when they aren't feeling well. Emily does too, but she adds a big bowl...just in case. 
She is better and returned to school today. She was not going to miss the opportunity to get on the stage to participate in the Kindergarten Thanksgiving program, which will be following by a "feast" consisting of cheese and crackers, fruit and juice boxes!
